4y$~-3A~V?oy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~ o <br />.«.:o~-~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~atg ; February 11, 1970 <br />Time : s:lo PM <br />Place: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Antonini, Gibbs, and <br />Pons. <br />Commissioners Absent: Pereira and Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Vice~Chairman Pons, seconded <br />by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the <br />minutes of the meeting of January 14, 1970, <br />were approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND Application Withdrawn - 5a - RZ-69-26, <br />OMISSIONS TO THE Kaiser Sand and Gravel. <br />AGENDA <br />Continued to Feb. 25 - 6a - UP-70-2, Dianne <br />Buckman. <br />Continued to Feb. 25 - Items 6b, c, d and e, <br />RZ-69-15, American Forest Products Corp., <br />RZ-69-22, Mel Mack, RZ-69-21, William <br />Struthers, RZ-69-2, Morrison Homes, respec- <br />tively. <br />MATTERS FOR Review and discussion of possible amendments <br />C~IISSION'S REVIEW to the Zoning Ordinance to allow the estab- <br />lishment of certain I-G (General Industrial) <br />District uses under a conditional permit <br />within the I-P (Industrial Park) District; <br />also, to allow certain C-S (Commercial <br />Service) uses under a conditional permit <br />within the C-C (Community Commercial) Distri t. <br />The Planning Director gave the Commission an <br />explanation of the situation. It was felt <br />that perhaps the Commission may want to <br />discuss the uses that might be desirable to <br />introduce in the C-C District that are now <br />allowed in the C-S District. Also, the <br />uses which could be allowed in the I-P <br />District, that are now allowed in the I-G <br />District. <br />- 1 - <br />
