Two of the Commissioners, <br />namely, Gibbs and Pons, thought that perhaps <br />they would be able to attend. <br />TIME EXTENSION FOR <br />PRELIMINARY PUD <br />APPROVAL <br />Z-69-11, Approved, <br />Res. No. 991 <br />MATTERS INITIATED <br />BY COI~ZISSION <br />MEMBERS <br />A nTnTrux~r~rrr <br />A communication was also received from <br />Mr. Hugh F. Magee, Marketing Director for <br />Morrison Homes Multi-Family Housing Div., <br />requesting a one-year time extension for <br />their preliminary approval under the PUD for <br />their 72-unit apartment complex to be <br />located on the northeast corner of Hopyard <br />Road and Black Avenue. <br />There were no problems foreseen, and a <br />',resolution was entered and passed, recommend- <br />ing to City Council the one-year extension <br />as requested. <br />Commissioner Gibbs inquired whether there <br />was any outcome regarding the proposed <br />conservation plan for Foothill Road. To <br />date, there is nothing, although the <br />Planning Director advised the Commission <br />that this matter will be considered very <br />shortly. <br />The regular meeting_of the Planning <br />Commission was adjour ed at 9:10 <br />-. <br />_L <br />Ric rdo J.
