It is the intent of the
applicant to build a 25,000 sq.ft. bulk
packaging building and an office. This
facility is to be their West Coast plant.
Because of the availability of the railroad
the location is ideal. They plan to have
about 15-25 employees. There will be 15 in
the bulk operation and 8 in the office.
Plans are far along enough for them to know
the facility will be one-story high.
Mr. William Gale, representing the owners
of the property east of the railroad, spoke
advising that no objections would be forth-
coming from the owners providing the City
impose certain conditions on the parcel in
question to make it compatible with the
surrounding areas.
There being no further questions, the
Public Hearing was closed.
A resolution recommending approval was
entered and passed.
REZONING REQUEST American Forest Products, Inc. - applica-
RZ-69-15, Continued tion to rezone from the A (Agricultural)
to April 8, 1970.
