No. 1036 Parcel 14-4 of Alameda County Assessor's Noes: <br />Map Book 946, Block 1250, containing 21 ac., Absent: <br />more or less, said mobile home park to con- Abstain: <br />tain approximately 159 spaces, and commonly <br />known as 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />There were no comments from the staff. <br />Mr. Jack Christensen, 1241 North First St., <br />San Jose, architect for the project, was <br />present and showed some preliminary <br />renderings. The architecture will be Spanis <br />in style. <br />The rendering for the recreational center, <br />indicated that there will be a sauna bath, <br />showers for the pool area, a pool and whirl- <br />pool bath, pool table, library/study combi- <br />nation with a fireplace. There will also be <br />a kitchen. Extensive landscaping is also <br />planned. <br />It should also be noted that this mobile <br />home park will be only for adults. <br />Discussion followed. There was talk about <br />the storage area for boats, campers, <br />trailers,etc. <br />There being no further discussion, the Publi <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval subject <br />to certain conditions, was entered and <br />passed. <br />XIXIXIXIX <br />- 12 - <br />
