RESOLUTION N0.07-104 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§53601 and 53635, the City's <br />Investment Policy and Guidelines must be submitted to Council annually for adoption; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a policy document for fiscal year <br />2007-08 on April 17, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines <br />outlined in that document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year 2007-08 <br />as reflected in Attachment. <br />Section 2. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br />into the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on April 17, 2007. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on April <br />17, 2007 by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Kar n Diaz, ity Cler <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />. i~` ~~ <br />Michael H.
