CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-201 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY REPRESENTATIVES <br />TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is interested in acquiring Federal surplus <br />property from the California State Agency for Surplus <br />Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the California State Agency for Surplus Property has <br />established terms and conditions for the acquisition of <br />Federal surplus property including the adoption of a <br />Resolution authorizing designated representatives to <br />acquire the surplus property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The following individuals shall be designated as <br />the City representatives to acquire Federal surplus <br />property from the California State Agency for Surplus <br />property: <br /> <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager <br />Steven R. Bocian, Assistant City Manager <br />Roger Kennedy, Support Services Superintendent. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 6, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />AP O.V~AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
