Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />There were no problems involved with the <br />addition of this use to the C-C District. <br />Accordingly, a resolution recommending <br />approval was entered and passed. <br />MATTERS FOR Commissioner Hirst`s report on the AIP Short <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW Course Meeting for Planning Officials at <br />the Jack Tar Hotel in San Francisco on <br />March 4-5, 1971, was given to the other <br />Commissioners for their information. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY Commissioner Hirst congratulated the staff <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS on their efforts in getting the Alpha Beta <br />advertising sign removed from Valley and <br />Hopyard. <br />He also requested that staff send letters to <br />the two Shell stations on Hopyard Road re: <br />illegal signing. <br />Regarding consideration of the two land fill <br />applications presently before the County, <br />one from Richard Yackley on Vineyard Avenue <br />and the other on Croak Road north of 4580, <br />Commissioner Hirst requested that the <br />Commission be made aware of the County`s <br />final decision. <br />- 5 - <br />
