After some discussion, the <br />Commission granted a 30-day continuance. <br />MATTERS FOR INFOR- The City Attorney discussed the draft of <br />NATION OF COMMISSION the Tree Ordinance with the Commission and <br />Director of Parks and Recreation. After <br />TREE ORDINANCE much discussion, the Commission asked the <br />Continued until City Attorney to bring this matter back to <br />July 27, 1971 be heard under Public Hearings at the <br />July 27th Planning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. George Oakes of Amador Valley Investors <br />asked to be heard again by the Commission. <br />He referred to the Singer application <br />compromise with shake on the mansards. He <br />suggested that they could redesign the <br />elevations in order to incorporate the <br />shake on mansards. Mr. Aiello sta ted that <br />he would not like to see the elevations <br />changed. <br />Mr. Oakes then said that he would check <br />with the Staff regarding some roofing <br />materials that the Commission may approve. <br />Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. <br />Mr. Aiello informed that Commission that <br />the parking requirements of this facility <br />will not increase as they are not going to <br />expand in the future. They will have a <br />high of 135 employees and they will not <br />need the rear 100 feet of adjoining proper <br />for expanding parking facilities, so they <br />have asked to be released from the first <br />Condition. <br />-11- <br />
