Ayes: <br />UP-71-23, Approved Abstain: <br />Res. No. 1126 Commissioner Pereira recalled that on <br /> of the reasons the Commission was <br /> placed under pressure to expedite thi <br /> was because of certain allocations <br /> available from the Federal Government <br /> and insurance funding that was avail- <br /> able. This was one year ago and now <br /> is requested to be extended. <br /> Commissioner Hirst stated that part <br /> of the Commission's action at that <br /> time was to rezone this property to <br /> Public and Institutional. <br /> John Corley, representing the appli- <br /> cant was present and stated that this <br /> property was rezoned in two parts, <br /> the second in order to have a 129 be <br /> facility. Mr. Corley stated that in <br /> his conversations with Mr. Kreske he <br /> was assured that construction would <br /> begin by the end of the six month <br /> extension period. <br /> -7- <br />
