Tr. ~k3161 <br />Continued <br />ZONING, Approved <br />Res. 1128, <br />as the Franklin Savings and Loan Bank in <br />Pleasanton's downtown area. <br />There was considerable discussion and the <br />applicant was asked to contact the staff in <br />order to inform them of the criteria for a <br />savings and loan. The applicant was also <br />invited to attend the Chamber of Commerce <br />meeting to present their proposal. <br />This matter was continued for two weeks. <br />Hacienda Mobile Home Park's request for <br />relocation of frontage fence was continued <br />until the November 9, 1971 meeting. <br />Chairman Garrigan entered a resolution of Resolution: X <br />intent to hold public hearings with the Seconded: X <br />possibility of amending the Zoning Ordinance Ayes: X X X X X <br />to provide a separate catagory to distinguis Noes: <br />between multiple owned and rental areas. Elliott - Tentative Map ~~3161 - refi <br />The City Attorney confirmed that this prope <br />was pre-zoned some time ago at about the <br />same time as the annexation agreement was <br />approved by the LAFC, which was about two <br />years ago. There was an extension of time <br />at the time the annexation was granted, <br />which expires about mid-December of this <br />year; and at which time, if the annexation <br />has not been completed, will simply lapse. <br />However, the pre-zoning will not become <br />operative until the annexation has been <br />completed.
