Resolution No. 90-198 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Section 5: THIRTY (30) GALLON CAN SERVICE <br /> <br />For any new service starting after October 1, 1990 to <br />residences, the option for thirty (30) gallon can <br />service from curbside or from back or side yards will <br />only be available to properties unable to accommodate <br />ninety (90) gallon automated containers, those occupied <br />by handicapped individuals unable to bring containers <br />to curbside and senior citizens 62 years of age. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A <br />MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 16, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS ~~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
