4V$~-S ANToy
CITY of PLEASANTON
y ~'~
~~~° Planning Commission
wrsD t
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
Data February 8, 1972
Time : s:oo PM
PIOCB: Pleasanton Justice Court
Mr. Castro further advised the
Commission that all Santa Rita Road
improvements have been accomplished
based on the conditions of approval
attached to the phasing development
of the property.
The Commission asked for clarificati
regarding the conditions and Mr.Cast
indicated that these are the same as
shown on the previous permit. Chair-
man Garrigan asked the applicant,
Tony Sullins, if he had any objectio
to said conditions.
Mr. Sullins was present and indicate
that his concern involved parking
six trailers in the front. Mr. Cast
did not feel that this should be
allowed. The reason Mr. Sullins was
allowed to park the trailers in the
front was because the fence was not
up and since the fence is back in
place now, he felt that the conditio
should apply.
There was discussion regarding the
parking of trailers. Mr. Sullins
felt that with 83 parking stalls
mostly used by employees, which
involved few full stalls, it would
be feasible for him to continue park
ing in the front .
The Commission agreed with this and
felt further that it would be more
convenient for his customers .
Mr. John Corley, representing Americ
Forest Products, was present and
indicated that they would like to
have a six month extension.
-7-
