No. <br />1157 <br />Mr. Castro indicated that the staff <br />had no additional comments or infor- <br />mation at this time except to say <br />that the applicant's appeal to the <br />Bay Area Comprehensive Health Counci <br />was denied. <br />Mr. Corley, attorney for the appli- <br />cant, was present and indicated that <br />the NME has now appealed to the next <br />highest body and they have 90 days <br />from January 23rd to hear that deci- <br />sion. He stated further that the <br />applicant has a commitment on the <br />option which must be exercise in <br />May. He then asked that this matter <br />be continued to the last meeting of <br />March or the first of April. <br />The Commission was agreeable to this <br />and suggested that this matter be <br />continued to March 28. Mr. Corley <br />agreed to this and indicated that <br />Mr. Bedrosean of NME would be presen <br />at that time to make a presentation <br />to the Commission. <br />Proposed RMR Ordinance - ordinance Resolution <br />regulating conversions from rented Seconded: <br />to owned housing. Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br />Mr. Castro informed the Commission Absent: <br />that the City Attorney notified him Abstain: <br />that he could not be present at <br />tonight's meeting but that he would <br />be happy to answer any questions <br />regarding this proposed Ordinance. <br />-2- <br />X <br />
