sa~T <br />gy O,y <br />~ •~~ , <br />~~o <br />.~ <br />rrso s <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : February 15, 1972 <br />Time : 5:30 PM <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Commissioners <br />Pons, Hirst and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: Pereira and <br />Wood. <br />A special meeting of the Planning <br />Commission to review the question of <br />the final zoning for the Foothill <br />Road properties was opened at 5:30 <br />in the afternoon. <br />Mr. Castro presented the staff repor <br />and advised the Commission that <br />according to the memorandum there <br />were four alternatives that could be <br />recommended to the City Council. Th <br />four alternatives were as follows: <br />1. To maintain the Study District. <br />2. To lift the Study District. <br />3. To reaffirm their previous land <br />use recommendation. <br />4. To suggest a land use that would <br />be in total agreement by the three <br />Commissioners . <br />Commissioner Hirst summarized, from <br />his point of view, the events that <br />have taken place regarding this <br />property and concluded by reaffirm- <br />ing his previous position. <br />Chairman Garrigan also responded by <br />briefly summarizing his thoughts <br />regarding the subject property and <br />actions that have been taken by <br />._ ..... _1._ .'_ . __. _... _._._.._.._L1 <br />
