The staff will check into <br />this and report back to the Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Also, at the mobile home park on Vineyard <br />Avenue, the landscaping looked pretty sparce <br />Perhaps the staff should check into this <br />again. <br />Chairman Garrigan brought up the problem of <br />people taking their garbage loads to the <br />dump on Vineyard Avenue on weekends, and <br />not taking the time to cover their loads. <br />The Chairman thought that perhaps the <br />Police Chief could place an article in the <br />local newspaper advising citizens that it <br />is necessary to cover the loads. <br />In addition, it was observed that some <br />construction truck traffic along Vineyard <br />Avenue is exceeding the speed limit. <br />Senior Planner, Vince Aiello, asked the <br />Commission for their opinion on the new <br />procedure of the staff reports. They indi- <br />cated that it was too new a system to make <br />a determination at this time, but feel that <br />the new system fs a step in the right <br />direction. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission was ad jou-rmed at 11f20 PM. <br />Rica rd~b J.
