4y~~s""~°y CITY o~ PLEASANTON
.~,
.~
.~ .o .
~° Planning Commission
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
Dote : August 22, 1972
Time : 8 :10 P.M.
PIQCe; Pleasanton Justice Court
Secretary Castro briefly summarized
the staff report for the benefit of
the Commission.
Mr. Spirow Nicholow, MacKay & Somps,
was present with Mr. Hilliker to
speak on behalf of this application.
Mr. Nicholow voiced a concern of his
client regarding Condition No. 2
regarding approval given to the ap-
plicant's minor subdivision appli-
cation. This concerned a requiremen
of 8 ft. for a Public Service Ease-
ment along the Oakland Avenue front-
ages of Parcels A & B.
It was explained to Mr. Nicholow tha
a formal appeal to conditions of ap-
proval given by the Minor Subdivisio
Committee would have to be filed
regarding that matter, but that the
hearing on the rezoning would not be
the time to bring this matter up.
Chairman Carrigan indicated, however,
that if there are problems regarding
the approval of the minor subdivision
perhaps the Commission should contin-
ue this application until that matter
has been resolved. Secretary Castro
demonstrated a copy of the map and
explained the situation to the Com-
mission, closing his remarks with the
statement that there is no problem
regarding the condition imposed on
the Minor Subdivision approval.
The Public Hearing was then closed.
A resolution was offered by Chairman
Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner
Pons and carried, approving this
rezoning application. This resol-
ution passed unanimously.
-2-
