He indicated <br />that Singer Housing Company has veste <br />rights by virtue of tentative maps on <br />file with the City and are protesting <br />this proposed rezoning. <br />Since one property owner within this <br />rezoning request had inadvertently <br />been omitted from the notification <br />list, this matter was continued to <br />October 3, 1972. <br />CONDITIONAL Citizens Savings & Loan - application <br />USE PERMIT for a conditional use permit to allow <br />UP-72-5, Cont. a savings and loan institution to lo- <br />to Oct. 17, 1972 Cate in a C-N (Commercial Neighborhoo ) <br />District on the southeast corner of <br />Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, com- <br />monly known as the Alpha Beta Shoppin <br />Center. <br />Since there was a study session to be <br />held the next night between the Plan- <br />ning Commission and City Council on <br />policy matters regarding savings and <br />loan institutions within the City of <br />Pleasanton, it was felt that this ap- <br />plication should be continued to <br />October 17, 1972. <br />Accordingly, the Chairman opened the <br />Public Hearing and continued this <br />item to October 17. <br />-2- <br />
