Mr. <br />Elliott also made reference to a con- <br />cept drawing he had submitted to the <br />staff regarding development of the <br />commercial site rezoned at the last <br />meeting of the Commission. Mr. Castrc <br />told the Commission that he has not <br />had sufficient time to comment on <br />that plan to date . <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Chairman Pons then stated that the <br />Commission should direct its attention <br />to the review of the land use, rather <br />than the question of economics. <br />After some further deliberation, a <br />resolution was offered by Chairman <br />Pons, seconded by Commissioner McLain <br />approving this rezoning as petitioned <br />(Commissioner Wood voted no and Com- <br />',missioners Carrigan and Pereira were <br />'~ absent . <br />United Presbyterian Church - site play <br />landscaping and architectural approva: <br />to permit the construction of 131 <br />apartment units on that property <br />generally located on the north side <br />of Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, known <br />as Pleasanton Greens, 3837 Vineyard <br />Avenue. <br />The Public Hearing was opened to dis- <br />cuss the Environmental Impact State- <br />ment.
