Discussion followed. Mr. <br />Hirst stated that perhaps completion <br />of this item can be made a requiremen~ <br />at the design review stage. <br />A group of homeowners living in the- <br />Mission Park development and in the <br />direct vicinity of this proposed <br />office site was present and spoke in <br />the following order: <br />Mr. Bob Vaughn, 520 Mission Drive, <br />felt that with the granting of this <br />office use, the Mission Park home- <br />owners would be sandwiched between <br />the commercial area and the sewage <br />treatment plant. Felt the parking <br />lot should be located further away <br />from the homes than now shown on the <br />plot plan. <br />Mr. Ron Bolt, 576 Mission Drive, will <br />be living adjacent to the school <br />offices. Objects to the application. <br />Mr. John Quindimil, 590 Mission Drive <br />lives next door to Mr. Bolt. Wanted <br />to know the dimensions of the parking <br />lot; also wanted to know the elevation <br />or topography of the area in question; <br />what kind of buffering will be pro- <br />vided between the parking lot and the <br />single family residential? <br />-9- <br />
