4y$~sANToy _
CITY of PLEASANTUN
.~; .
.~
'~NNND t
`~ ~~° Planning Commission
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
Date ; November 28, 1972
Time ; 8:0o P.M.
PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court
mation a new resident in our City
should be made aware of.
At this point, Mr. Brad Hirst, former
Planning Commissioner who was in the
audience, offered a suggestion that
there be a method to show that these
booklets are in fact passed out to
new homeowners, as so often, a resi-
dent will forget that he is told
certain things and when a problem
arises which would affect him, he is
in ignorance of these matters.
Commissioner Carrigan wished clarifi-
cation of certain matters:
1) Is Dr. Carnazzo's old residence on
Santa Rita Road now a real estate
office?
Secretary Castro advised he would
check into it .
2) Regarding Express Liquors, he re-
membered that the permit was for a
liquor store and delicatessen. He
noted that there did not appear to be
very many delicatessen products.
This will be checked into also.
3) He then brought up the problem of
Auf der Maur's apartments and the poo
visibility for ingress and egress.
Secretary Castro indicated he will
check into this and report back at
the next meeting.
Mr. Don Sooby of Public Works suggest d
that perhaps the curb could be painte
red on either side of these accesses
as a means of aiding visibility.
-12-
