Tennyson - application for Res: <br />USE PERMIT a conditional use permit to allow the Seconded: <br />UP-72-6, Approved, operation of a dental laboratory to Ayes: <br />Res. 1214 be located at 4361 Railroad Avenue, Noes: <br />Suite E. Pleasanton, California, said Absent: <br />property currently zoned in the C-C Abstain: <br />(Community Commercial) District. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. No <br />comments were offered by either the <br />Secretary or the Planning Commission. <br />Present to speak for his application <br />was Mr. Tennyson. Also present was <br />Mr. Vic Lund, representing Marienda <br />Investment Company, owners of the <br />property. He spoke in favor of this <br />application. <br />There being no other comments, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />XI XIXIX <br />A resolution was entered and adopted <br />approving this application. <br />
