Post - petition <br />to reclassify from the A (Agri- <br />cultural) District to the M-1 (Light <br />Industrial) District, a parcel con- <br />taining approximately 21.35 acres, <br />located on the Interstate #580 front- <br />age road, south side 0.6 mile east of <br />E1 Charro Road, Livermore-Pleasanton <br />Township - proposed use - drive-in <br />movie theatre. <br />The Commissioners concurred with the <br />staff report, and also because the <br />matter apparently had not been re- <br />ferred to the Airport Land Use Com- <br />mission for their consideration. <br />After some further discussion, a <br />resolution was offered and unanimous) <br />adopted recommending to Alameda <br />County that the Planning Commission <br />is in opposition to the rezoning as <br />requested for the purpose of a drive- <br />in movie theatre . <br />Ad-Art, Inc. - application for sign <br />program for Gene Allen's Pool Sales <br />and Service at 78-80 Mission Drive. <br />The Commissioners wished to know <br />whether there was a staff report on <br />this application and Mr. Harris an- <br />swered in the affirmative.
