CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-195 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING HARVEY KAMENY TO FILL <br />THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF DARREN STEVENSON AS A <br />REGULAR MEMBER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Darren Stevenson was appointed as a member of the Housing <br />Authority Commission for a term of four years, which term <br />expires on January 25, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it has become necessary for Mr. Stevenson to resign as a <br />Member of the Housing Authority Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Housing Authority <br />Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Harvey Kameny is hereby appointed as a Member <br />of the Housing Authority Commission to fill the unexpired <br />term of Darren Stevenson, which term expires on <br />January 25, 1993, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 16, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
