The new meeting dates <br />for April will be April 17 and April <br />24. <br />ommissioner Pereira requested a <br />fisting from the recording secretary <br />f the upcoming meetings . <br />egarding the Department Budget, the <br />wo Commission members did not get <br />ogether with staff to discuss cer- <br />ain phases of the budget of interest <br />o them. <br />This matter will now be scheduled for <br />the April 24 meeting. <br />Copies of certain phases of the budges <br />covering program objectives , dues and <br />publications, operating statements. <br />They requested that this information <br />be mailed out ahead of time in order <br />that they can have more time to study <br />it. <br />Senior Planner Harris advised the Co <br />missioners that the City is bringing <br />court action against Dr. Meiers, who <br />had converted his garage at his home <br />at 1672 Calle Santiago in the Mackay <br />Park Villa Homes, without benefit of <br />permit or approval from the Planning <br />Division . <br />-11- <br />
