CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING HAL MCGUIRK TO FILL THE <br />UNEXPIRED TERM~OF JOYCE BERGER AS A REGULAR <br />MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />APPOINTING ROBERT WRIGHT TO REPLACE MR. <br />MCGUIRKAS ALTERNATE MEMBER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Joyce Berger was appointed as a regular member of the <br />Planning Commission for a term of four years, which term <br />expires on May 5, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it has become necessary for Ms. Berger to resign as a <br />Regular Member of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Planning Commission <br />and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Hal McGuirk is hereby appointed as a Regular Member <br />of the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of <br />Joyce Berger, which term expires on May 5, 1993, or until <br />such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Robert Wright is hereby appointed as Alternate <br />Member of the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired <br />term of Hal McGuirk, which term expires on May 5, 1994, <br />or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
