CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-193 RESOLUTION APPOINTING T~ISHMAAS AS A REGULAR MEMBER OF THE PARK ANDRECREATION COMMISSION, APPOINTING DENNIS WINSLOW TO REPLACE MS. MAAS AS ALTERNATE MEMBER, AND REAPPOINTING JIM FIELDS AS A REGULARMEMBER WHEREAS, Jacquie Oliverius was appointed as a regular member of the Park and Recreation Commission for a second term of four years, which term expires on August 15, 1994; and WHEREAS, pursuant to policy, Ms. Oliverius may not reapply as a member of the Park and Recreation Commission; and WHEREAS, the term of Jim Fields as a regular member of the Park and Recreation Commission expired August 15, 1990; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in serving on the Park and Recreation Commission and evaluated their qualifications; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Trish Maas is hereby appointed as a Regular Member of the Park and Recreation Commission, which term expires on August 15, 1994, or until such time as she is replaced. section 2: Dennis Winslow is hereby appointed as Alternate Member of the Park and Recreation Commission to fill the unexpired term of Trish Maas, which term expires on February 15, 1991, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 3: Jim Fields is hereby reappointed to a second term as a Regular Member of the Park and Recreation Commission, which term expires on August 15, 1994, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
