4y~~8ANToy <br />CITY of PLEASANT®N <br />~ '~~ • <br />'~~~' Planning Commission <br />•~NM{O ~ <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D018 ; November 14, 1973 <br />Time : 9:15 P.M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MATTERS INITIATED <br />BY COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS <br />An overall description of the pro- <br />perty on a walk-through tour was <br />then described by Ms. Kaplan. <br />The cost estimate will be around <br />$100,000., excluding the house. <br />On Option #2, there would be a <br />fence to the north and gates placed <br />in several locations which will be <br />locked at certain times . <br />An asphalt bike path is to be added <br />to the east edge. <br />Acting Chairman Wood offered special <br />commendation to both Mr. Dutchover <br />and Mr. Campbell for their work. <br />A motion was then entered and adopte <br />approving Option #2 for Century <br />Park master plan. <br />Commissioner McLain referred to the <br />meeting of the C.B.D. Revitalization <br />Committee the night before. About <br />75 people were present, although <br />representation could have been Bette <br />Commissioner McLain then referred to <br />several signs along Hopyard Road <br />all located in City rights-of-way. <br />The staff stated they would look in <br />this matter. <br />Regarding the Richardsons Trucking <br />Company operation on Division Street, <br />Commissioner McLain wanted to know <br />if the staff could culminate this <br />problem. This is a nonconforming <br />use, and Commissioners instructed <br />staff to investigate to see if the <br />-10- <br />
