CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-192 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING KEITH SWEET TO REPLACE <br />FELICE PRICE AS REGULAR MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY <br />COMMISSION AND APPOINTING SANDRA DIBIASE TO <br />REPLACE MR. SWEET AS ALTERNATE MEMBER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Felice Price was appointed as a regular member of the <br />Library Commission for a term of four years, which term <br />expired on July 1, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Library Commission <br />and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Keith Sweet is hereby appointed as a Regular Member <br />of the Library Commission, which term expires on July 1, <br />1994, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br /> Sandra Dibiase is hereby appointed as Alternate <br />Member of the Library Commission to fill the unexpired <br />term of Keith Sweet, which term expires on July 1, 1991, <br />or until such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 16, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: // <br /> <br />Michael H.
