M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner Carrigan then offered a4 <br />motion to reconsider the votes taken <br />on the last two requests to allow <br />firewood sales and storage in the ~ <br />I-P and C-C Districts. This motion <br />received no second and died. ' <br />~I <br />The Chairman instructed the City ~~ <br />Attorney to prepare the necessary <br />ordinance amendments to effectuate <br />the changes. <br />Motion <br />Planning Commission Workload and the Seconded- <br />City's proposed zoning enforcement Ayes• - <br />program for fiscal year 1974-75. - <br />Secretary Harris explained the types <br />of activities handled by the Boards <br />of Adjustment and Design Review and <br />the Planning Commission. He re- <br />viewed them and tried to weed out <br />those which he felt staff could <br />handle which are noted in the staff <br />report dated May 8, 1974. <br />There were several questions forth- <br />coming from the Chairman as to the <br />effectiveness of the Zoning Admini- <br />strator's role in staff administra- <br />tion of such applications. Discus- <br />sion followed. <br />After all discussion was completed, <br />Secretary Harris, per the last <br />paragraph of the May 8 report, <br />requested Commission endorsement <br />of his proposal and that it be <br />turned over to Council to direct <br />the City Attorney to prepare all <br />necessary Code amendments to effec- <br />tuate this change. <br />The Commission adopted a motion <br />supporting Mr. Harris' recommendation <br />in principle but requested that they <br />be provided with a concise list of <br />-14- <br />
