41'~ y <br />~BAN~° CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~,: ; ' . • <br />-- ~ Planning Commission <br />.o <br />I MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data ; September 11 , 1974 <br />Time ; 8:09 P .M. <br />PIGCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-74-6, Approved, <br />Res . 1313 <br />Commissioners Present: Carrigan, <br />McLain, Wood and Chairman Pereira. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />(The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />was recited. <br />Chairman Pereira noted one correction <br />in the minutes of August 14, 1974 - <br />Page 9, Paragraph 2 - delete "in- <br />stitute th,e Board of Appeals" and <br />substitute "transfer its function to <br />the Board of Appeals, just because <br />that body has nothing to do." <br />That correction being duly noted, <br />upon motion of Commissioner Wood, <br />seconded by Chairman Pereira, and <br />carried, the minutes of August 14, <br />1974, were approved as amended, and <br />the minutes of August 19, 1974, were <br />approved as presented. <br />At applicant's request, Item 9a - <br />Review of Tentative Parcel Map 1446 - <br />Auf der Maur - continued for one <br />month. The Chairman so advised <br />those in the audience, who may have <br />been waiting to hear this item. <br />Planning Commission - application to <br />rezone from C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br />District to C-S (Commercial Service) <br />(District that area bordered by <br />Main Street, Stanley Boulevard, the <br />eastern City Limi t 1 ine and the <br />Arroyo del Valle . <br />Secretary Harris reviewed this case <br />for the Commissioners .
