The reso- Abstain: <br />lution originally written on their <br />determination is rather vague in <br />that it did not stipulate whether <br />it applied solely to the "A" Agri- <br />cultural District, or wherever a <br />sanitary landfill operation would <br />be conditionally allowed. <br />Accordingly, a motion was adopted <br />clarifying that in any areas where <br />a sanitary landfill operation is <br />either permitted or conditionally <br />permitted, the Planning Commission <br />found that a transfer station shoul d <br />be either permitted or conditionall <br />y <br />allowed as spelled out in the ordi- <br />nance. <br />Director of Housing and Community <br />Development John Bowling advised <br />that the Metropolitan Transporta- <br />tion Commission has been required <br />to prepare a regional transportation <br />plan. This proposal report is in <br />the Planning Department and is sub- <br />ject to comment on three dates <br />set to receive testimony. The <br />final vote will be taken on March <br />26, 1975. <br />Acting Chairman McLain verified <br />that no member of staff plans to <br />attend the hearings.
