RESOLUTION NO. 07-107 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DISBANDING THE HAPPY VALLEY BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the Happy Valley Blue Ribbon Committee was established on June 6, 2006, <br />to develop bypass road alignment options and, if possible, a recommendation for Council <br />consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, the Committee held six meetings to discuss various options and developed <br />a recommendation that a majority of Committee members supports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Committee's work is complete with the presentation of its <br />recommendation to Council at the Council's April 17, 2007 meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Thanks the 12 members of the Happy Valley Blue Ribbon Committee for their work, <br />accepts the Committee's report, concludes that the Committee's work is finished, and disbands <br />the Committee. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on April 17, 2007. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the April 17, 2007 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />,~(~tCt,~-~_ ~ <br />Michael H.
