CITY of PLEASANTON
Planning Commission
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
Data ; July 9, 1975
Time : s: oo P.M.
PIaC@; Pleasanton Justice Court
And add Condition No. 9: "that a
15 ft. wide public service easement
along the westerly property line of
this parcel of land located at 475 St,
John Street be granted to the city
prior to occupancy of the building;
this public service easement being
needed for future installation of a
storm drain outfall line to the
Arroyo del Valle."
These improvements are to be done
sometime in the future when the
City constructs the storm sewer.
Director of Engineering Services Don
Sooby gave the history of this pro-
perty, re: the time the wine tasting
room was added, the sidewallc~ at the
time those other improvements are
constructed, would also need to be
improved along this property.
Some discussion ensued on the time
element for completion of the improve
ments.
Commissioner Shepherd brought up the
question why both the easement and
storm sewer outfall needed to be on
this property, and Mr. Sooby stated
that it is desirable to have ease-
ments on one property; this particul
one would not interfere with any
buildings or trees, the area can als
be paved and would not be an open
ditch .
The Public Hearing was opened.
Mr. Dominick Scotto spoke for this
application. He accepted the staff
report with the amendments as so
noted at the hearing.
The Public Hearing was closed.
-4-
_._____.~._. _.. ~. _. _.__..... __. ___. _.._ _. _....T......__-,,.,. _ .. _..._.
