CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-189 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REGIONAL <br />EXPANSION FUND CONTRIBUTION TO <br />ADMINISTRATION BUILDING PROJECT <br /> <br />SEWER <br />DSRSD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton collects sewer connection fees and <br />forwards them to the Dublin-San Ramon Services District <br />(District), which in turn places them in an Expansion <br />Fund to finance expansion and major improvements or <br />repairs to the treatment plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the 1978 Agreement between District and the City requires <br />approval of the city Council for expenditures from the <br />Expansion Fund exceeding $87,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 16, 1990, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities (SR 90:411) regarding a request from District <br />for approval of a contribution from the Regional Sewer <br />Expansion Fund for financing a new District <br />administration building: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton approves a <br /> contribution from the Regional Sewer Expansion Fund in <br /> the sum of $224,000 per year over the next 20 years for <br /> financing a new District administration building. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 16, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Michael H.
