('A T.T. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />LAP-75-22, Approved, <br />Res. 1367 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Shepherd and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Carrigan <br />The minutes of the August 13, 1975 <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br />At applicant's request, continue <br />RZ-75-9, Douglas Safreno. <br />At applicant's request, continue <br />indefinitely AP-75-2, Edwin Meyer. <br />The Commission concurred and adopted <br />a motion to that effect. <br />Continue Tentative Tract Map #3606- <br />Morrison Homes, at applicant's re- <br />quest to the next meeting. <br />Amador Valley Investors - application <br />for a conditional use permit to <br />allow the establishment of a sales <br />office in a model home complex <br />located at 3864 and 3848 West Las <br />Positas Boulevard; zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6500 (Medium Density <br />Single Family Residential) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff <br />report. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. Pre- <br />sent to speak for this application <br />was Mr. George Oakes of Amador Valle <br />Investors. He agreed with the staff <br />report recommendations .
