Resolution No. 2195 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of
case UP-82-11 as motioned.
PUD-80-16-1M, City of Pleasanton
Application of the City of Pleasanton for modification of an
approved planned unit development (Ordinance No. 973) for an
approximately 82 acre site located northwest of Hopyard Road
and Stoneridge Drive to require that applications for design
review approval be presented before the City Council for review
and approval.
Mr. Harris stated this is the application of the City Council to
modify PUD-80-16 which was the planned unit development approval
of the Meyer Business Park. He stated the staff is recommending
this be amended by deleting Condition No. 2 of Ordinance No. 973
which states that since only conceptual plans were being shown of
the buildings proposed for the park that all design plans and
site land uses would have to be submitted to the Design Review
Board for approval prior to any building permits being issued.
The Council requested this be amended to require that architectural
and site design be approved by the full Planning Commission instead
of the Design Review Board and that the Council have the final
approval. Mr. Harris stated this would then bring the conditions
into line with the conditions for Reynolds and Brown and Hacienda.
The public hearing was opened.
No one spoke.
The public hearing was closed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner
Jamieson, that case PUD-80-16-1M be approved as stated in the
staff report.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and
Chairperson Lindsey
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Resolution No. 2196 was then entered and adopted recommending
approval of case PUD-80-16-1M as motioned.
- 3-
