Resolution No. 90-187 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 4: EXcept as provided herein to the contrary, the <br /> terms and provisions of this Resolution shall not affect <br /> the applicability of the Personnel Rules of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to management and confidential employees who <br /> are not exempt from said Rules. <br /> <br />Section 5: The salary and supplementary benefits set forth in <br /> this Resolution shall be the only compensation for the <br /> classifications set forth in Attachment 1 hereto and <br /> there shall be no right to receive benefits contained in <br /> any Memorandum of Understanding with the City's <br /> recognized employee organizations which are not included <br /> in the salaries and supplementary benefits set forth <br /> herein.
