OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings RZ-82-17, City of Pleasanton Application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone two portions of two parcels of land located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road in the following manner: 6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park located immediately westerly of the site occupied by the Hungry Hunter Restaurant from PUD (Planned Unit Developmet)-Industrial/ Commercial and Offices to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District; and 10,146 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park located immediately north and west of the site occupied by Denny's Restaurant from PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/ Commercial and Offices District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report. The public hearing was opened. No one addressed this matter. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty, that approval of case RZ-82-17 would have no significant adverse effect on the environment and recommended that the negative declaration be approved. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey Noes: None Absent: None Abstain: None Resolution No. 2242 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-82-17. A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty, that case RZ-82-17 be recommended for approval as recommended in the staff report.
