At this time, <br />no homeowners meetings have taken <br />place. Fire and Building Departments <br />have no concerns. <br />Mr. Gregg Cherezian, the developer, <br />was present. He stated that the <br />homeowners association for the build- <br />ing next door was conducting a first <br />meeting on January 26. .Sixteen of <br />the eighteen units have already been <br />sold. <br />Chairman Wood asked whether the City <br />would have the right to step in, <br />if necessary, to tie up funds to <br />upgrade landscaping, etc., and <br />received an affirmative reply. <br />There being no further comments, a <br />resolution approving the tentative <br />map subject to the conditions noted <br />in the staff report, was entered <br />and unanimously adopted. <br />Referral from Alameda County of a <br />preliminary tract map for a proposed <br />20-lot subdivision located on the <br />west side of Foothill Road, approxi- <br />mately 500 feet south of the inter- <br />section of Foothill Road and Castle- <br />wood Drive. <br />Staff comments and concerns regard- <br />ing this proposal were incorporated <br />in a staff report.
