C'AT.T. <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Carrigan, Shepherd and <br />Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />was recited. <br />APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br />UP-76-2, Approved, <br />Res. 1391 <br />INo minutes were submited for review. <br />Robert Franklin - application for a <br />conditional use permit to operate an <br />automobile body and fender repair <br />shop in a commercial building locate <br />at 3440 Stanley Boulevard. Zoning <br />for the property is C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff <br />report. He recommended that a blankE <br />conditional use permit be adopted at <br />the location, so that future auto <br />repair services may be located on the <br />premises without going through separ- <br />ate use permit approval. Precedent <br />for this has been set where the Com- <br />mission had allowed a conditional usE <br />permit for a commercial service built <br />ing at Valley Plaza Center at Santa <br />Rita Road and Valley Avenue. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />~Mr. Franklin was present and voiced <br />no objections to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report. <br />',Commissioner Butler noted that Con- <br />~dition No. 2 has not always been <br />~labided by and he wondered what can <br />'~be done to ascertain that this con- <br />xes.. <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />[does <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />X <br />X <br />IX <br />
