CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-186 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR T~E APPLICATION OF JAMES MCDOWELT. AS FILRD <br />UNDER CASE PUD-90-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 2, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of James and Susan McDowell for development <br />plan approval to construct a nine-parcel, single-family <br />residential project to be located on an approximately <br />3.75 acre site located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the initial <br />study dated August 8, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed development plan <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of James and Susan McDowell for development plan approval <br /> to construct a nine-parcel, single-family residential <br /> project to be located on an approximately 3.75 acre site <br /> located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
