M. <br />PIOCe; City Hall Conference Room <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />Approved, Res. 140 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Carrigan and <br />Shepherd. <br />No minutes were submitted. <br />Request for statement of conformity <br />with the General Plan for dedication <br />to the City of a portion of San <br />Antonio Street within the Mission <br />Park development. <br />(Secretary Harris related the reason <br />(for needing to hold this special <br />meeting. In order to allow the <br />,applicant, Chris Beratlis, to qualif <br />for sewer hookups for four single <br />family lots, a portion of the street <br />upon which said lots fronted needed <br />to be dedicated to the City, and sai <br />dedication needed to be found to be <br />in conformity with the General Plan. <br />Additionally, the Staff Review Board <br />had previously approved a minor sub- <br />division application for the four <br />lots, the parcel map was approved, <br />filed and recorded. <br />Present at the hearing were Mr. <br />Beratlis and his attorney, Bill Hirs <br />The Public Hearing was .opened. <br />Mr. Hirst requested Commission ap- <br />proval of the request. <br />No one else spoke and the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Doherty requested, and <br />received clarification, that all of <br />the required property to effectuate <br />dedication of the street, is within <br />the City limits. <br />Res.
