Vincent Cowan was present and in-I <br />dicated he had no problems with the <br />conditions for approval. <br />The Commissioners agreed that there <br />is a definite need for such a facili- <br />ty in the Valley. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />resolution of approval subject to <br />he findings and conditions in the <br />taff report, was entered and adopted. <br />GENERAL PLAN AMEND, pplication of the Planning Commission <br />GP-76-3, Continued for a general plan amendment to change <br />to next meeting. the land use designation for land lo- <br />cated on the south side of Vineyard <br />venue between Adams Way and Mavis <br />Drive from High Density Residential <br />to Medium Density Residential. <br />cting Chairman Wood indicated that <br />communication had been received <br />nom Attorney Jack Corley, who repre- <br />ents one of the residents on the <br />outh side of Vineyard Avenue who <br />bjected to this proposed action. <br />ecause two Commissioners were not <br />resent, a continuance was requested. <br />ecretary Harris stated that a large <br />umber of letters had been received <br />nom surrounding property owners, who <br />re in favor of this action. <br />-9- <br />
