M. <br />PIGCB: Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />Approved, <br />Res. 1443 <br />MATTERS FOR <br />INFORMATION OF <br />COMMISSION <br />In both of the above cases, staff was <br />instructed to notify the applicants <br />in writing that they would need to <br />be represented and that they are not <br />to conduct any business in the in- <br />terim period. <br />Determination of conformity with the <br />General Plan for dedication of certa <br />easements within Tract 3187. <br />The Commissioners concurred with <br />staff's recommendation and entered <br />the resolution so making the required <br />finding of conformity. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that the <br />Commission May wish to appoint a <br />liaison member to attend City Council <br />meetings where Planing Commission <br />cases are discussed. <br />he Commissioners felt there was <br />erit in this idea and Mr. Harris <br />tated he would get in touch with the <br />ommission Chairman to take care of <br />his matter. <br />ecause of recent conflicts in action; <br />aken on cases heard by both Planning <br />ommission and City Council, it was <br />elt that a study session could be <br />eneficial. This matter was to be <br />iscussed with Chairman Butler before <br />final decision is made. <br />cting Chairman Wood requested a <br />tatus report on the barbed wire at <br />he new post office site.
