Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Doherty <br />Seconded: Jamieson <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Shepherd <br />Abstain: None <br />Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Chairman Butler announced that if there are violations of the conditions <br />of approval of this conditional use permit, the use would be subject to <br />revocation. <br />PUD-77-5, Savco Construction <br />Review of negative declaration for a development plan for an eight-unit <br />"garden court" home subdivision on the west side of Sonoma Drive between <br />Junipero Street and developed multiple lots to the north of Junipero Street. <br />The Public Hearing was opened on the negative declaration review. <br />Mr. Jack Bras, representing the applicant, was present to answer questions. <br />He had no objections to the comments in the report. <br />No one else spoke and the Public Hearing was closed on the negative declara- <br />tion portion. <br />Resolution 1535 was entered and adopted making the finding that the CEQA <br />guidelines had been reviewed, the project will have no adverse impact and <br />the filing of a negative declaration is appropriate. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wood <br />Seconded: Jamieson <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Shepherd <br />Abstain: None <br />Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Application to rezone an approximately 0.91 acre site composed of four <br />separate lots located on the west side of Sonoma Drive between Juniper Street <br />and developed multiple lots to the north of Junipero Street from the RM-2500 <br />(Multiple Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Dis- <br />trict and for approval of a development plan for eight (garden court) homes <br />on the site. <br />The Public Hearing was opened on the development review. <br />Secretary Harris requested addition of wording on Condition #22 regarding <br />payment of fees including any new park dedication fees. Also Conditions <br />#3 and #16 were identical and one would need to be deleted. <br />Mr. Jack Bras was present to represent the applicant. He agreed with all <br />staff conditions. <br />The Public Hearing was closed on the PUD development review. <br />-3- <br /> <br />
