MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />30 West Angela Street <br />July 13, 1977 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Butler at 9:00 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Doherty, Jamieson, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Commissioners Absent: Shepherd <br />Staff Members Present: Robert Harris, Director of Planning; Harvey <br />Levine, Deputy City Attorney; Don Sooby, Director of Engineering <br />Services; Yvonne McFadden, Recording Secretary <br />Council Member: Frank Brandes, Jr. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of June 8, 1977, and the special <br />meeting of June 29, 1977, were approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Add 7b - Conformity with the General Plan for acquisition of property <br />at 7769 Desertwood Lane. <br />Add 7c - Initiate ordinance amendment to allow mobile home sites on <br />school property. <br />Before beginning review of the public hearing agenda items, Chairman <br />Butler asked that the audience make all comments pertinent to the case <br />at hand due to the long agenda, and wherever possible, input should be <br />taken from a spokesman for a group. <br />Chairman Butler announced that Item 6a PUD-77-3, Morrison Homes, Inc., <br />be heard as Item 6f. The Commission concurred because other agenda <br />items appeared to be items which could be heard in lesser time. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS - NEW BUSINESS <br />UP-77-9, St Clare's Episcopal Church - application for renewal of a con- <br />ditional use permit to construct and operate a church facility on a three- <br />acre site located on the northwest corner of Hopyard Road and Valley <br />Trails Drive (south); zoning for the property is RM-2500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District. <br />The staff report dated July 13, 1977. Secretary Harris asked for one <br />revision - that Condition No. 15 in Resolution 1420 (adopted on this <br />CUP) be used in place of Condition No. 2 in the staff report. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br /> <br />
