MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />30 West Angela Street <br />August 8, 1977 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The special meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Butler at 8:05 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, and Chairman <br />Butler. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />Staff Members Present: Robert Harris, Director of Planning; Ken Scheidig, <br />City Attorney; Brian Swift, Planning Analyst; Rich <br />Glenn, Planning Analyst; Yvonne McFadden, Recording <br />Secretary. <br />Council Members Present (in the audience): Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, and <br />and Mayor Philcox. <br />Growth Management Members Present (in the audiencej: Sharon Kosch, Jim <br />Trimingham. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No minutes were submitted for approval. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS - NEW BUSINESS <br />GP-77-3 and RZ-77-10, Pleasanton Growth <br />Application for an additiona e ement t~ <br />Management Element containing the goals <br />to new residential development - and to <br />Allocation" ordinance setting forth the <br />development in Pleasanton. <br />Mana~g~ement~Pro~gra.m <br />~ t e Genera flan - a Growth <br />and policies of the City as related <br />adopt an implementing "Residential <br />criteria governing future residential <br />1.
