Another motion was entered and adopted making the finding that it was not the Planning Commission's intent for the applicant to be held liable for injuries occurring going to and from his skateboard park; and that the Planning Commission finds this modification to said Condition #11 to be minor and would not affect the findings made for the granting of the con- ditional use permit. It was pointed out that this change is appealable to the City Council within the 15-day appeal period. Review of Revised Plan on McManus General Plan Amendment Secretary Harris presented a map describing the land swap being proposed for the McManus application. This review will go before the City Council on April 23. There have been numerous complaints from nearby residents regard- ing the types of activities being considered for the sports park, and there are early indications this land swap is causing concern among some of the residents also. Some discussion took place regarding the layout and access to the park. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS A.
