The Commission then reviewed each of the staff's recommendations and suggested <br />the following changes and/or additions. <br />Item 1 through 7 they supported. The supported 8(a) and 8(c) but did not <br />support 8(b). The wanted the "bicycle" section to remain and add points <br />to encourage bike features. They supported item 9 and added 10: Lots <br />20,000+ sq. ft. be exempt from RAP and 11: 50 units be the maximum allowed <br />by any developer whether or not a project was phased. A motion was then <br />made by Commissioner Jamieson that the negative declaration is appropriate <br />for this project and this motion was seconded by Commissioner Getty. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Leppert and Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1763 was then entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration for the Review of and Revisions to the Residential Allocation <br />Program (RAP). <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that the staff report on RAP be recommended for approval with the <br />three changes/additions addressed earlier. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Geppert and Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1764 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />the staff recommendation concerning RAP with three changes as described <br />above. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:55 A.M. <br />by Chairman Doherty. <br />Robert J.
