EXHIBIT "A" <br /> TO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-181 <br /> <br /> SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br />FOR CITY ATTORNEY MICHAEL H. ROUSH <br /> <br />The annual salary for City Attorney Michael H. Roush is <br />$87,120.00 commencing September 26, 1990 <br /> <br />Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />Medical. Fully-paid premiums for either the city Blue <br />Cross Plan, Foundation Health Plan, or the Kaiser "S" <br />Plan with optical and prescription drug options. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Post retirement Medical Insurance. The City Attorney <br />shall be entitled to same post-retirement medical <br />insurance benefits as provided other management <br />employees as described in the city of Pleasanton <br />Management and Confidential Compensation Plan, Section <br />5, Paragraph 5.2. <br /> <br />C. Dental. Fully-paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully-paid premiums for life insurance <br />with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br />employee. <br /> <br />Ee <br /> <br />Lonq-Term Disability. Fully-paid premiums for long <br />term disability insurance. <br /> <br />Holiday Leave. The holiday leave provisions as <br />provided in the Management and Confidential <br />Compensation Plan shall apply. <br /> <br />G. Vacation. Fifteen vacation days annually. <br /> <br />Sick Leave. The sick leave provisions as provided in <br />the Management and Confidential Compensation Plan shall <br />apply. <br /> <br />Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave <br />per fiscal year, to be reimbursed twice each year, <br />January and July, if such leave is not taken. <br /> <br />Credit Union. Payroll deduction available to <br />participate in City and County credit union. <br /> <br />Holidays. The same observed and floating holidays as <br />provided in the Management and Confidential <br />Compensation Plan shall apply. <br /> <br /> <br />
